Managing Companies¶
Companies are organizations you work with. A company can have multiple contacts, and projects, invoices, and contracts can be billed directly to a company.
Creating a company¶
Go to Companies in the sidebar and click New Company.

When you enter a domain, Brightenly may automatically enrich the company record with publicly available information like a logo and industry. You can override any auto-filled field.
Linking contacts to a company¶
Open a contact and select the company from the Company field. A contact can belong to one company at a time.
Archiving and restoring¶
Archiving a company hides it from your active list but preserves all linked records.
- To archive: open the company and click Archive
- To restore: switch to the Archived tab and click Restore
