Every project has an Activity tab that shows a chronological log of everything that has happened — comments from you and your team, and automatic entries when key milestones occur.
Leaving a comment¶
Open a project and go to the Activity tab. Type your comment in the text field and press Send. Comments support basic formatting.
Automatic activity entries¶
Brightenly automatically logs key events to the activity feed so you don't have to:
- Contract sent for signature
- Contract signed
- Invoice created
- Invoice paid
- Project status changed
Reactions¶
You can react to any comment or activity entry with an emoji. Click the emoji icon next to any entry to add your reaction.
Who can see activity?¶
All team members with access to the project can see and add to the activity feed. Activity entries are visible in real time — no need to refresh.
