Line Items & Products¶
Line items are the individual charges on an invoice. Each line item has a description, quantity, and unit price.
Adding a line item¶
On the invoice form, click Add Line Item and fill in:

| Description | What you're charging for |
| Quantity | Number of units (e.g. hours, seats, items) |
| Unit price | Price per unit in the invoice currency |
| Tax rate | Optional. Select from your saved tax rates. |
The line item total is calculated as quantity × unit price, with tax applied on top if selected.
Editing and removing line items¶
Click any line item to edit it inline. Click the trash icon to remove it. Changes are reflected in the invoice total immediately.
Adding a footer note¶
At the bottom of the invoice form, you can add a footer memo — useful for payment instructions, thank-you notes, or terms of service reminders.
