Contract statuses¶
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Contract is being prepared; not yet sent |
| Sent | Sent to signers; awaiting signatures |
| Signed | All signers have completed signing |
| Cancelled | Contract was voided after sending |
| Expired | The signing deadline passed without all signatures |
Checking individual signer progress¶
Open a contract in Sent status to see which signers have signed and which are still pending. Each signer shows a status of Pending, Viewed, or Signed.
Downloading the signed document¶
Once a contract reaches Signed status, click Download to save the signed PDF to your computer.
Reminders¶
If a signer hasn't signed after a few days, open the contract and click Send Reminder. They'll receive a fresh email with the signing link.
