Main Dashboard Overview¶
The dashboard is your business at a glance. It surfaces the numbers and projects that need your attention most, without you having to dig through lists.
What's on the dashboard¶
Revenue Your total revenue for the current period, with a comparison to the previous period so you can see if you're trending up or down.
Income in play The total value of projects that are active and have not yet been invoiced or paid. This represents potential revenue already in your pipeline.
Opportunities Projects in early stages (Inquiry and Proposal Sent) that could convert to confirmed work.
Billing gaps Projects that are completed or in late stages but don't have an invoice attached yet. These are potential missed billings worth reviewing.
Invoice attention Invoices that are overdue or have not been paid within their due date.
Switching currency¶
If you work in multiple currencies, use the currency selector at the top of the dashboard to change which currency the revenue figures are displayed in. This is a display-only conversion.
Project cards on the dashboard¶
The dashboard also surfaces specific project cards that need action — for example, projects that have been in the same pipeline stage for too long or that are missing an invoice. Click any card to open the project directly.
