Linking Conversations to Projects

Linking a conversation to a project keeps all related communication in one place. You can see every email thread associated with a project from the project's detail panel.

How to link a conversation

1. Open the conversation
2. In the sidebar, find the Projects section
3. Click Link to Project and select the project from the list

A conversation can be linked to multiple projects.

Viewing conversations on a project

Open any project and go to the Conversations tab. All linked conversations are listed there with their latest message and timestamp.

Automatic linking

When Brightenly detects an incoming email from a known contact who is already linked to an open project, it may automatically link the conversation to that project. You can always adjust or remove links manually.
